Please use the following schedule:
ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP PRIOR TO FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21st!!
Wednesday, February 19th - 20x20 booths only
1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Thursday, February 20th - All Exhibitors
6:00 am – 8:00 pm
All booths must be dismantled and removed by 10:00 pm on Sunday, February 23rd (NO EXCEPTIONS)
The multiplex has another event on Monday they need to prepare for, so unfortunately there can be nothing left in the facility Sunday evening.
When you arrive to setup, please visit the registration station to pick up your ten (10) exhibitor badges.
- Friday, February 21 - 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 pm
- Saturday, February 22 - 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 pm
- Sunday, February 23 - 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 pm
Please make sure your booth is manned at all times during the show and NOT DISMANTLED BEFORE 4:00 pm on Sunday. We do have people who come into the show late on Sunday and it is unfair to the paying consumer to see these booths being dismantled! All exhibitors found dismantling booths before 4:00 pm will be subject to a fine.
Booth Services: Your booth reservation includes one 6ft skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. When you arrive to set up your booth, it will be marked with your company’s name. If you need electricity in your booth, please see the exhibitor kit (coming soon) for appropriate order forms. All electricity must be preordered.
Parking: Parking during the event is no cost and will be first come/first serve. There is ample parking surrounding the Multiplex. There is also a parking lot across the street from the Multiplex.
Special Guest: We are so excited to have special guest Shaun O’Neale with us this year! Shaun is recognized around the world as the Season 7 Champion of MasterChef on Fox. Not only an award winning chef, Shaun’s skills as a culinary host have landed him appearances on MasterChef Celebrity Showdown on Fox, Best in Food on Travel Channel as well as performing cooking demos and acting as a celebrity guest judge on multiple episodes of Home and Family on Hallmark Channel.
Vendor Benefits - Have any giveaways or special events at your booth? If so, please email and let me know - we’d love to advertise for you on our social media accounts.
Vendor Lounge - We will have a vendor lounge set up stocked with snacks and water. (please do not eat on the show floor)
Sponsorships: There are many sponsorships available at the show; please see our Map Dynamics site for more information. The vendor punch card has always been a popular sponsorship and is limited to SIX vendors, so please let me know ASAP if you’d like to be included.
Guide to Remodeling Services: Our Guide to Remodeling Services magazine will be handed out to each individual who attends the show. If you are interested in advertising in this guide, please contact the GMHBA office.
