KC Conway has 30 years commercial real estate experience (25 private industry; 5 within Federal Reserve system). His previous positions include the following: Chief Appraiser, Env. Risk Manager and Sr. Market Intelligence Officer SunTrust Bank 2014-2017, Chief Economist Colliers | United States 2010-2014 and author of North American Port, Industrial and Office Outlook reports 2012-2014. He is the 2007 recipient of the Appraisal Institute's President's Award, 2009 recipient of "Key Player" Award from the Atlanta Federal Reserve, 2010 recipient of "Superior Contributions" Award by the FFIEC - Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.

John Hunt, MarketNSight - 10:15 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

“River Region Market Forecast”

John Hunt the founder and president of ViaSearch, and a principal of MarketNSight. In February 2016 John made news at the Georgia State Economic Forecasting Conference calling “expert” industry forecasts wildly optimistic. He correctly called 780,000 starts nationally, as opposed to the 977,000 predicated by NAHB. After graduating from Samford University with a BA in Finance/Economics, John worked as a marketing executive in the Atlanta Housing Industry until starting Via Search.

Kristin Scroggin, GenWhy Communications- 11:15 a.m. - Noon

“Marketing to Multi Generational Buyers”

Kristin Scroggin can't do math or bake a pie, but she is a GREAT speaker! Kristin has her Masters in Communication Studies, Bachelors in Communication Arts and has been a Communications Lecturer at the University of Alabama in Huntsville for 11 years. Her passion is generational diversity, and for the past five years, she has spoken at conferences and organizations across the United States ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small non-profits. Obsessed with travel and desperate to see the world, she and her husband try to keep their heads above water while parenting their four children and any foster children who come their way.
