    By accessing and using the Greater Montgomery Home Builders Association (GMHBA) website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

    GMHBA provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including various communications tools, forums, search services, and personalized content. You also understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from GMHBA, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the GMHBA Newsletter.

    3. Membership and Registration Obligations

    If you choose to register for a membership or any other service on our site, you agree to:

    • Maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

    4. Member Conduct

This means that you, and not GMHBA, are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the service.

    GMHBA reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that GMHBA shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
